摘要 The present invention uses a glycerol fermentation microorganism variant and relates to the microorganism variant having an ability of co-producing 1, 3-propanediol and isobutanol from glycerol or crude glycerol and relates to a method for co-producing 1, 3-propanediol and isobutanol using the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a mutant strain in which a metabolic pathway of 2,3-butanediol production is blocked and at the same time a metabolic pathway of isobutanol is introduced, and relates to the method for co-producing 1, 3-propanediol and isobutanol from glycerol using the same. According to the present invention, industrially useful 1, 3-propanediol and isobutanol having a high added value can be co-produced using crude glycerol which is a by-product of a biodiesel industry.
