The present invention provides a water treatment apparatus of a ballast tank. According to the present invention, exhaust gas including carbon dioxide exhausted from an engine of a ship which is not loaded, is injected as microbubbles into water in a ballast tank. According to Henry′s law, dissolved oxygen in the water in the ballast tank is discharged to deoxygenate the water in the ballast tank. When deoxygenated water in the ballast tank of a ship which is loaded, is discharged to the sea, compressed air is injected as microbubbles into the deoxygenated water to discharge carbon dioxide, contained the deoxygenated water, out of the ballast tank. Therefore, water in the ballast tank can be reliably treated at low costs. |
