Disclosed are a base station, a method for allocating resources for device to device communication therein, and a terminal device performing device to device communication. The base station which allocates frequency resources for device to device communication within a cell comprises: a setting unit to set a first radius range on which a terminal device to perform device to device communication is centered and a second radius range on which the base station is centered; and an allocation unit to allocate a frequency resource of a cellular terminal device located within the second radius range excluding the first radius range among activated cellular terminal devices within the cell to the terminal device to perform device to device communication. According to the present invention, the QoS of activated terminal devices can be guaranteed, and at the same time frequency efficiency can be improved. Also, according to the present invention, additional multi-user diversity gain can be obtained by effectively scheduling a cellular terminal device capable of sharing resources whereby system throughput can be maximized. Furthermore, according to the present invention, a channel feedback load to a base station can be effectively reduced. |
