The present invention relates to a nano-immunosensor based on a gravimetry technique for detecting and quantitating a cancer biomarker protein. By means of the present invention, provided are a nano-immunosensor for detecting annexin A3 (ANXA3) which is a biomarker protein of lung adenocarcinomas (AdC) and prostate cancer (PCa) in a label-free type and super-sensitively. Accordingly, the problems of existing techniques such as complexity, consumptive time and cost, and large manpower input can be solved. The nano-immunosensor is in label-free type so that cancer can be very easily diagnosed. Both invasive (blood) and non-invasive (urine) sample analyses are available so that the nano-immunosensor can be applied in various areas. The nano-immunosensor is super-sensitive so that cancer can be early diagnosed. In particular, when urine or the like is used a diagnosis sample, a non-invasive diagnosis is available so that more patient-friendly diagnosing method can be developed. |
