The present invention relates to an automated system for impedance coupon design and, more specifically, to an automated system which automatically generates correct impedance coupon data by separating impedance coupon information for each column by using an impedance sheet file containing impedance coupon generation information. According to the present invention, a wrong design and faulty products due to manual work of a cam process operator can be prevented by automatically generating the accurate impedance coupon data via the impedance sheet document file, and productivity can be improved due to automatic generation of the impedance coupon data. |
