PURPOSE: A pneumatic radial tire for a vehicle including a PET(PolyEthylene Terephthalate) film as a carcass is provided to obtain improved fuel efficiency by the reduction of the rotary resistance. CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic radial tire for a vehicle comprises a PET film with a thickness of 0.1-1.0mm manufactured by two-shaft elongation instead of an existing textile cord as a carcass. Primary dipping and secondary dipping processes by dipping solution are performed, and thermal treatment at a temperature of 200°C or less is performed so that the PET film is manufactured. |
