PURPOSE: An apparatus for aligning a processor in virtual environment and a method thereof are provided to prevent overload of the total virtualization system, by controlling quota of the processor determined by considering physical quantity of the system according to virtual environment. CONSTITUTION: A processor (30) is assigned to a guest domain (10) and a management domain (20), and processes request of a user. A control part (40) analyzes type of resource used by the guest domain, by monitoring workload assigned to the guest domain. A processor assignment part (50) determines quota of the processor assigned to the guest domain on the basis of target response time. The processor assignment part determines quota of the processor assigned to the management domain interacting with the guest domain in order to satisfy the target response time by considering the type of the analyzed resource.
