PURPOSE: A tunnel boring machine (TBM) tunnel front prediction system is provided to predict an abnormal zone which is the same as a fragmental zone of faults in the front of a tunnel and to evaluate rocks in the front of the tunnel during the excavation of the TBM tunnel. CONSTITUTION: A cutter head (120) of a TBM includes a plurality of rotational disk cutters (130). An exploration device (110) measures the condition of ground in the front of a tunnel by using electrical specific-resistivity. A part of the rotational disk cutters is electrically connected with the exploration device. A part of the rotational disk cutters is electrically insulated from the cutter head.
