<p>Disclosed are a mobile communication system supporting a multiple input multiple output antenna scheme and a method for allocating a precoding matrix in the same system. The system is connected to a core system and includes a digital signal processor for processing a wireless digital signal. Additionally, the system includes a plurality of wireless signal processors physically separated from the digital signal processor, transforming and amplifying a digital signal received from the digital signal processor, transmitting the amplified signal to a terminal based on multiple input multiple output antenna technology using two antennas, receiving a signal from the terminal based on the multiple input multiple output antenna technology and delivering the received signal to the digital signal processor. In the system, when two adjacent wireless signal processors transmit a reference signal to the terminal positioned on a mutual boundary area, each of the two antennas transmits the reference signal with different two patterns to the terminal, and, when the digital signal processor allocates a code book index to the terminal which is positioned within a cell and not positioned on the boundary area between two cells where the code book index is information indicating the precoding matrix, the digital signal processor allocates the code book index, which indicates the precoding matrix to make the wireless signal processors of adjacent cells not transmit a signal to the terminal, to the terminal.</p> |
