A Method and system provide a virtual reality meeting environment meeting. In particular, the virtual reality environment module provides meeting participants with automatic placement of an avatar 408-420 and meeting materials or content 424 into the virtual reality environment meeting based on a scheduling meeting. Such an arrangement makes it easy to move between meeting environments. The meeting materials may be a presentation, document, image etc. A users avatar may be presented at the meeting prior to the users arrival to indicate that they have not yet arrived. In response to the user joining the meeting the user information may be validated. |
