PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator arrangement structure of an electrical apparatus in which a gap between a first case and an operator substrate is easily regulated, and radially arranged operators and the operator positioned at the center thereof are effectively deployed. SOLUTION: In an operator unit 50, operated parts 53 are deployed at the tips of hinge sections 52 radially extended around a common base-end section 51. The common base end section 51 of the operator unit 50 has wall sections 57 in a surrounding shape along the same circle; and the operator unit 50 is deployed, while the common base-end section 51 is pinched between the upper case 10 and the operator substrate 40. The center operator unit body 41, arranged at the operator substrate 40, is arranged penetrating through the inside of the wall parts 57 of the common base-end part 51.
