PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine that includes a stepping motor capable of performing drive normally even at a low-speed region, improves a technique for performing constant current control of the stepping motor for utilization for inspecting a game gimmick, easily and reliably inspects whether the game gimmick operates normally or normal operation of the game gimmick continues for long time, and hence improves reliability in the inspection of the generator. SOLUTION: A motor drive circuit 43 includes a current value-switching circuit 45 for alternatively switching a normal current value when normally driving a movable gimmick as a current value of a drive current for driving the stepping motor 42, and a current value for inspection, which is a current value for inspection when driving the game gimmick for inspection and is higher than the normal current value by a prescribed ratio. A control means 29 allows the motor drive circuit 43 to drive the stepping motor 42 in a one-two phase excitation system at least at a prescribed low-speed region, controls the current value-switching circuit 45, and sets a current value for inspection when driving the game gimmick in an inspection stage.
