PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent looseness, backlashes and resulting damage and seismic capacity degradation therefrom, in manufacturing, transportation and installation processes in a weldless structure. SOLUTION: Square tube-shaped or lattice-shaped cells are formed with boron stainless steel plates, four corners thereof are fixed with clips consisting of a corrugated plate-like spring, and when the cells are shaped into square tubes, gaps between casing board installed at upper; and middle and lower parts of the cells are also fixed with the clips consisting of the corrugated plate-like spring so as to maintain the cells at a regular interval, with the clips consisting of the corrugated plate-like spring being jointed with one another into an integral structure.
