Adjustment device and corresponding bodies with scaling and method for adjusting

The device has a body (1) with a scaling and adjusting unit comprising an operating unit (2.1), a contact area and a joint. The body and the adjusting unit are designed in such a manner that the contact area stays in contact with the body at an attachment point. The body and the adjusting unit are brought into an effective connection with the joint according to a principle of a one-sided lever. A fastening unit of the adjusting unit is connected with a machine part (3) in such a manner that reaction force (F2.4) is transmitted from the adjusting unit to the part. An independent claim is also included for a method for adjusting a body with a scaling and adjusting unit.
