A club carrier consists of rigid individual club-receiving tubes 10 mounted on apertures in top and intermediate plates 11, 13 and closed at their lower ends by a bottom plate 12, plates 11, 12 being undercut 22, 23 to receive a bag cover 15 secured by press-studs 16 ... 21 and strap buckles 26. The tubes are disposed around three sides of a rectangle and, at the fourth side, the cover can be opened by sliding clasp fasteners 34 to give access to storage compartments between the tubes and above and below plate 13. The top plate 11 has small holes 37 for tees and larger holes 38 for access to ball containers. Cut-outs 36 in plates 11, 12 allow stowage of an umbrella or straps for an umbrella can be provided on the cover. A detachable hood 27, a shoulderstrap, a pouch 39 and a carrying handle are provided. The carrier may be edapted for attachment to a wheeled support. The base 12 may be perforated for drainage.</p> |
