<p>The present invention relates to an area-based undo/redo method on a word processor program, including: a document job history storing step (S1 step); a undo/redo determining step (s2 step); a execution processing step in an area (S5 step); and an area range determining step (S6 step), wherein a specific range is designated in a document being written, user′s satisfaction and additional advantage is increased by allowing content in the specific area to be selectively cancelled or re-executed, an area is designated and only content in a desired area is more easily and conveniently undone/redone, compared to a previous scheme that the undo/redo function is sequentially executed and undesired changes are reflected. Accordingly, the word processor developer can improve user′convenience through a better improved undo/redo function compared to the existing scheme and extend satisfaction and a market share. Since the area-based undo/redo function according to the present invention can be applied to most programs of currently used digital devices, and kinds and functions of these tools will be rapidly increased, an applicable range of a model proposed in the present invention and a ripple effect thereof are expected to be very large.</p> |
