The present invention relates to an ultrasonic welder with an automatic trigger sensor and, more specifically, to a ultrasonic welder with an automatic trigger sensor capable of determining the degree of pressure depending on a worker′s selection when a ultrasonic welder starts to be automatically operated by controlling a sensor with a spiral cam trigger for each level of pressure. The ultrasonic welder with an automatic trigger sensor comprises a main body transferring force to push the ultrasonic welder toward a welding target by being connected to the ultrasonic welder; an elastic means which is installed between the main body and the ultrasonic welder and absorbs and transfers some parts of the pressure when the pushing force is provided; a trigger which has a rotary shaft vertically to the movement direction of the main body and has a cam shape in which an external diameter is changed for each certain angle; and a sensor which is connected and fixed to the ultrasonic welder and which senses that the end part of the external diameter of the trigger passes by moving the trigger along with the main body. |
