<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system in which a user can easily determine where a sheet conveyed to an evaded loading section is supplied from. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system 100 includes: an image forming section 10; sheet supplying sections 12, 13, 21 to 23 and 31 to 33 for supplying sheets to the image forming section 10; sheet supplying sections 41 to 43 for inserting insert sheets between printed sheets conveyed from the image forming section 10; a detection means for detecting a conveying abnormality in the printed sheets and the inserted sheets; an escape tray 44 for loading the evaded sheets bases on abnormality detection result by the detection means; an escape roller 45 for conveying the sheet to the escape tray 44; a shift mechanism for shifting the escape roller 45 in the width direction of the sheet; and an inserter control section for controlling the driving of the shift mechanism for varying the shifted amount of the escape roller 45 based on the information for the supplying source of the sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
