<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a work result by automatically generating a work checklist and storing the negated checklist after completing a work. <P>SOLUTION: A work management server 3 comprises: a work checklist composing process section 35 which generates a work checklist based on a work procedure DB 31 storing the work checklist, a work result DB 32 storing the work checklist reflecting a performed work and work condition specifications from terminals 1 and 2, sends the generated checklist to the terminals 1 and 2, and registers the generated checklist in the work result DB 32; a work state input process section 36 which accesses to the composed work checklist in response to requests from the terminals 1 and 2 and performs input processing of check result and confirmation of completion; and a work result registering process section 37 which receives the work checklist including performed work information sent from the terminals 1 and 2 and registers the work checklist in the work result DB 32.
