PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe, easily mounting a plunger to a gasket without rotation, and hardly deforming the gasket even when the plunger tilts. SOLUTION: The gasket 3 of the prefilled syringe includes a gasket body 6 and a plunger mounting member 7. The mounting member 7 includes: a body part 71; a spiral rib provided on the outer surface thereof; a flange part 72; and an engagement rib provided on the inner surface of a hollow part. The gasket body includes: a spiral screwing part screwed to the spiral rib; an annular rib for stopping the plunger; and a storing part for storing the spiral rib forming part of the plunger mounting member. A plunger 4 includes: a pressing part 48 capable of pressing the mounting member 7; a tip part 72 projecting from the pressing part 48 toward the tip and entering the interior of the hollow part of the plunger mounting member 7; and an engagement part engaged with the engagement rib of the plunger mounting member 7.
