A rotary system (301) including a yoke (401) having an opening (501) forming a bridge (601) for receiving a spoke (411) extending therethrough. A rotor blade (303) couples to the spoke (411) and a pitch horn (413) positioned outside the opening pitches the rotor blade during flight. A bearing assembly (701) attaches the spoke (411) and the pitch horn (413) to the bridge (601) and control blade forces exerted against the hub assembly during flight.
