The housing has laterally spaced side walls (42) that extend in the longitudinal direction and a front wall (44) that extends between the side walls. A base portion (20b) extends in longitudinal direction of the housing. The front wall has several light-passing apertures (46) that are laterally spaced from each other and are provided in series in longitudinally extending direction. The light-passing aperture encloses a tube that extends from the front wall. The tube is formed integral with the base portion. An independent claim is included for a light grid.
