The present invention relates to a food roaster. In order to saturate food with tastes and flavors of medicinal herbs by including a medicinal case in a heating room and prevent the contamination of the medicinal herbs and food from food residues or an oil component during cooking, the present invention comprises: a main body including a heating room having a heating line; a rotation unit installed above inside the heating room to rotate food to be cooked; a water bath installed below inside the heating room to store water so as to heat the food in a wet type, and having an inverse circular cone shape with an opened upper portion; a drop induction unit combined with the water bath and having a cone shape with an opened upper portion such that an oil component dropping from the food flows into the water bath; a steam control member for inducing the steam evaporated through the opened upper portion of the drop induction unit to convect usually inside the heating room; and a medicine case installed adjacent to the steam control member and having a net structure such that the food is saturated with flavors of the contained medicinal herbs during wet heating. |
