The present invention relates to a cooling and heating system with a novel structure capable of cooling and heating an indoor space using a conventional boiler and heating pipe. According to the present invention, the cooling and heating system heats an indoor space by operating a boiler (20) and cools the indoor space by supplying cold water from the outside to a circulating pipe (10) though a supplying pipe (30). Therefore, the cooling and heating system has a simple configuration and is easily maintained by cooling or heating the indoor space using one system. The cooling and heating system can reduce installation costs by using the boiler (20) and circulating pipe (10) of the heating system congenitally used. Also, the cooling and heating system can minimize electricity consumption and reduce costs by using cold water supplied from the outside instead of Freon gas used for a conventional cooling system in order to cool the indoor space and can be eco-friendly because Freon gas is not used. |
