The present invention relates to a heating-food packing material of a paper form for a microwave oven which can closely adhere to the surface of prepared food; can variously pack prepared food according to the shape thereof; and can radiate heat by converting absorbed electromagnetic waves when a microwave oven is operated into thermal energy. The present invention reduces energy and time required for cooking in comparison with before when cooking food under an identical environment of using a microwave oven; improves the texture of food; and conveniently roasts food such as fishes by using a microwave oven.
