A permanent magnet-type electromagnetic actuator for load compensation is provided. The electromagnetic actuator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises; a moving body including a 11^th permanent magnet, a 12^th permanent magnet, and a coil; and a main body including a 21^st permanent magnet and a 22^th permanent magnet, wherein a first magnetic force acts between the 11^th permanent magnet and the 21^st permanent magnet, a second magnetic force acts between the 22^nd permanent magnet and the 12^th permanent magnet, the radius of the 21^st permanent magnet is greater than that of the 11^th permanent magnet, and the radius of 22^nd permanent magnet is greater than that of 12^th permanent magnet. As a result, the permanent magnet-type electromagnetic actuator for load compensation stably operates against disturbance in the horizontal direction, thereby compensating a load more accurately.
