PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a hydration reaction type dew-proofing agent is provided to provide an environmentally friendly dew-proofing agent capable of maximizing heat insulating and dew-preventing effect even when exposed under a dew point or high water content. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydration reaction type dew-proofing agent includes a step of mixing a powder composition and an aqueous solution with a mixing ratio of 1:2. The powder composition consists of 40 wt% of a 5-150 mesh volcano ash spherical material, 38 wt% of calcium carbonate, 8 wt% of calcium hydroxide, 11.62 wt% of alumina cement, 0.3 wt% of polycarboxy dispersing agent, 1.2 wt% of bentonite, 0.8 wt% of aluminum powder, and 0.08 wt% of antifoaming powder. The aqueous composition consists of 46.6 wt% of an acrylic resin with a solid phase of 46%, 52 wt% of water, and 1.4 wt% of polyphase af-1 antimicrobial agent. |
