According to an aspect of the present invention, a system forms a circulation path of jacket cooling water using a high temperature water pipe (11) and a low temperature water pipe (12) connected to a main engine (10) and includes a jacket cooler (16) and a fresh water generator (20) on the path. A cascade tank (30) is connected by installing branched pipes (31, 32) connected to the high temperature water pipe (11) and the low temperature water pipe (12). A boiler (40) is connected to the cascade tank (30) to heat the boiler supplying water using jacket cooling water. Therefore, the system recovers unthought-of energy by recycling engine jacket heat to heat boiler supplying water by transferring, to the cascade tank, the engine jacket heat discarded when a fresh water generator of a ship is not operated, thereby reducing costs for ship operation as fuel consumption is decreased. |
