摘要 Disclosed are a method for acquiring image data in a CMOS X-ray medical imaging system which is capable of effectively eliminating the influence of signal noise generated in the pixel in a CMOS X-ray detector used for the CMOS X-ray medical imaging system, and a device for the same. The method according to the present invention can calculate the difference between data on signal voltage and reset voltage corresponding to the same frame to acquire image data. The noise-canceling device of the CMOS X-ray medical imaging system having the CMOS X-ray detector includes: a frame memory for storing reset voltage of a unit pixel measured at an M^th frame time; and a subtracter for obtaining the difference between the rest voltage, and signal voltage outputted after time corresponding to one frame than the reset voltage. According to the present invention, the image data can be acquired using the signal voltage and reset voltage of the unit pixel measured at the same frame to minimize kT/C noise to improve the image quality of an image output from the CMOS X-ray medical imaging system, thereby reducing the amount of X-rays exposed from the CMOS X-ray medical imaging system.
