An apparatus for removing defect mark of electric coating steel sheet is provided to prevent roll damage mark although a width of the plated steel sheet is varied, to improve productivity and efficiency of work of plating work and to prevent safety accident. An apparatus for removing defect mark of electric coating steel sheet contains: a fixing frame(200) fixed in an upper side of a hold down roll(110); a pair of fixing bar(240) fixed to both end parts of the fixing frame to downward; a drive motor(260) fixed to one end of the fixing frame; a screw bar(250) forming a screw thread in an opposite direction based on a length center; a pair of movable cylinders(270) having a touch bar(272); a guide bar(290) of which both ends are fixed to the fixing frame, parallel arranged with the screw bar and inserted in an ascent and descent cylinder; a limit switch(280) fixed on the fixing frame; and a fixing member formed into an arch shape to be corresponded to the radius of curvature of the hold down roll. |
