An interference preventing method prevents communication interference between two or more wireless communication networks having mutually different physical layers, in which wireless communication is performed between a plurality of devices and a coordinator. By using a coordinator of each of the wireless communication networks, a scanning period for scanning a coexistence notification signal that is transmitted from a coordinator of another wireless communication network for a predetermined period is arranged before a first super frame immediately after input of power. The CB of the coordinator is transmitted at least once or more for one super frame, and, in a case where the CB transmitted from the coordinator of the other wireless communication network is acquired during the scanning period, control for preventing communication interference with the other wireless communication network is performed. |
