A system for evaporating excess water from a source includes a housing (101) having: an air inlet (106), the air inlet (106) directing air in a first direction; an air outlet (118); a plurality of channels (110) arranged generally perpendicular to the first direction, the channels (110) having undulations (112); and a water reservoir (122) that feeds water into the channels (110). In some embodiments, baffles are created with walls (132) that depend from the ceiling (102) of the housing (101) and that are interdigitated with dividers (114) that separate the channels (114). This configuration can remove water generated by the source (such as an external compressor unit) in a quick and efficient manner.
