According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wireless power receiving apparatus for transferring the power received from a wireless power transmission apparatus to a load comprises a receiving coil for receiving alternating-current power from the wireless power transmission apparatus; a rectifying unit for rectifying the received alternating-current power into direct-current power; and a charging management unit for measuring the rectified direct-current power and comparing the measured direct-current power with a threshold value in order to control the direct-current power being applied to the load. |
