The present invention relates to a spongelike porous thin film layer, a manufacturing method thereof and a solid oxide fuel cell comprising the same as a cathode, and in particular, to a spongelike porous thin film layer formed by using electrospray to have a spongelike structure of having nanopores and a vertical open channel composed of macropores simultaneously, and capable of improving the performance of a fuel cell by being used as a cathode of the fuel cell. |
