An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of forming a pattern layer on each of an active region and a pad region on a substrate and forming a sealed thin film layer for covering each pattern layer on the substrate. In the sealed thin film layer forming step, the sealed thin film layer is formed as a single layer using a raw material consisting of inorganic film materials.
