PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring a flexible substrate for a roll-to-roll process is provided to prevent the generation of the scratches of the flexible substrate in a process by using magnetic force controlling the rotation speed of a carrier roller. CONSTITUTION: A carrier roller (100) transfers a flexible substrate. A shaft (200) is inserted into the central part of the carrier roller and is rotated by the driving force of a motor. A bearing member (300) is installed on the inner surface of the carrier roller and supports the outer surface of the shaft. A first magnetic member (400) is fixed onto one surface of the carrier roller. A second magnetic member (500) controls the magnitude of torque applied to the carrier roller.
