Disclosed are a touch panel inspecting device and a method for manufacturing the touch panel using the same. The touch panel inspecting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a window; detection electrodes which are integrally formed in a single layer on the window to execute the touch recognition with a capacitance method; and a channel line which is electrically connected to correspond to the detection electrodes. The touch panel inspecting device of the present invention comprises an examination bar which collectively touches the detection electrodes disposed in one direction to be at a position to be examined; a probe unit which includes a probe pin in contact to correspond to the channel line; a signal supply unit which provides an electrical signal for the examination bar and the probe unit; and a measuring unit which measures the resistance of each channel line.
