The present invention comprises a variable resistor assembly which is installed on a shift range sensor; a voltage deviation detection unit which measures an actual voltage value of a gearshift through the variable resistor assembly and detects a voltage deviation between the predetermined actual voltage value of the set gearshift and a predetermined design voltage value of the set gearshift; and a compensation unit which compensates for a design voltage range set for each gearshift by using the voltage deviation.
