The present invention relates to an apparatus for attaching a sidewall reinforcement of a tire which increases productivity by automatically attaching a sidewall reinforcement of a tire while providing reliability. The present invention moves a synthetic fiber reinforcement by being cut into a constant length while the synthetic fiber reinforcement moved by a conveyer belt is transferred without being laterally twisted; progresses the synthetic fiber reinforcement moved by the centering conveyer belt in a state in which the synthetic fiber reinforcement is closely attached on a movement conveyer belt by vacuum pressure; is equipped with an installation conveyer belt which moves forward and backward while fixing the synthetic fiber reinforcement moving by the movement conveyer belt with vacuum pressure; fixes one end of the synthetic fiber reinforcement moving by the installation conveyer belt by a fixing piece and magnetism induced with a magnet fixed to an installation drum by lowering the fixing piece from the upper part after the one end is located on the upper part of a rubber drum covering the external surface of an installation drum in which the magnet is fixed and separated at a constant distance toward the outside and covers the rubber drum in a circular form by the synthetic fiber reinforcement while the installation drum rotates in the condition while attaching the front ends of the synthetic fiber reinforcement in order to mutually overlap the front ends after lifting the fixing piece. |
