Disclosed by the present invention is a bone extender capable of adjusting the relative position, rotation, and angle of two bone pieces during a surgical procedure of a bone extension. The present invention comprises a lead screw, a support block, a fixing block, a traveling block, a pair of guide bars, a first bone plate, and a second bone plate. Each of the support block and the fixing block is combined with both end parts of the lead screw. The traveling block is combined with the lead screw for a screw motion along the lead screw between the support block and the fixing block. A joint plate is extended from one side of the traveling block. The guide bars guide the screw motion of the traveling block to a straight-line motion by being inserted into guide holes of the traveling block. The first bone plate is combined to be able to be separated from the joint plate of the fixing block. The second bone plate is combined to be able to be separated from the joint plate of the traveling block. By the present invention, a bone cutting can be conveniently and accurately performed in a state of leaving the first and second bone plates in the surgery part of a patient by forming the first and second bone plates in a separated form. The present invention is also able to improve the accuracy and efficiency of a bone extending operation by accurately and conveniently adjusting the relative position and rotary angle of two bone pieces when operating a bone extending surgery. |
