The present invention relates to a method for producing a dispersion and to the use of a protein hydrolysate as a dispersant or dispersing agent. In particular, the invention relates to a method for producing a suspension as well as the use of a protein hydrolysate as a dispersant in a suspension. According to the invention it is proposed to use in particular hydrolysates of proteins with a consecutive sequence of amino acids with polar and nonpolar side groups as dispersants. |
