The present invention relates to a forming machine for making a battery terminal installed in a motor vehicle, heavy equipment, a ship or an agricultural machine. In a particular configuration, a terminal (12) of which both sides are perforated is inserted around an electrode rod (11) inserted into a battery (10) and having an end protruding out of the battery (10), and is inserted into a forming jig part (41) moving up and down by a forming jig operating part (40), wherein in the forming jig part (41), a molding part is formed at a lower part; a flame inducing tilted part (43), tilted downwards, is formed at a center of an upper part of the molding part (42); a terminal insertion hole (44) opening into the flame induction tilted part (43) is formed at a lower part of the molding part (42); a cooling part (45) is formed at a side of the molding part (42); a plurality of support units (48) are built on the upper part of the molding part (42); a shock absorbing spring (49) is installed around the support unit (48); and a guide part (46) having a perforated part (47) which becomes a leading-in path of a torch part (51) is installed at an upper part of the support unit (48). Therefore, the present invention forms the battery terminal (12) into the sealed terminal (12) while fusing the end of the battery terminal (12). |
