PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector and a method for preventing and protecting drooping of an outside longitudinal arch among three arches in the sole causing disorders or bow-legs, only by sticking a Y-shaped elastic strip cloth.SOLUTION: An outside longitudinal arch protector uses a Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth as its material. A tear of a Y-shape is stuck to a fifth metatarsal lower portion 12, and a Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth fifth-metatarsal head-side mounting portion 3 is stuck to a leg-portion fifth finger 15 by employing elasticity. A Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth external malleolus inside mounting portion 4 and a Y-shaped elastic adhesive strip material cloth external malleolus outside mounting portion 5 are stuck to both sides of an external malleolus 9 so as to be pulled up to an external malleolus inside 10 and an external malleolus outside 11, respectively, to lift up a fifth metatarsal root basis itself. A level of the pulling allows the height desired to lift up to be adjusted, and only sticking the protector allows an outside longitudinal arch to be continuously lifted up. |
