PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user's mobile terminal to access confidential information in a controlled area to improve convenience, and to restrict the mobile terminal from carelessly taking out the confidential information to guarantee confidentiality of the confidential information.SOLUTION: A confidential information management system 1 includes: an access management device 12 for managing users accessing a controlled area 2; an information storage device 14 for holding access-controlled confidential information; a user authentication part 102 for determining whether a user is allowed to log in to an image forming apparatus 16; and a communication part 90 for communicating with a mobile terminal 4 of the user. The confidential information management system includes the image forming apparatus 16 installed in the controlled area 2, and an access management apparatus 18 which registers a mobile terminal 4 as a terminal allowed to access the confidential information, and allows the registered mobile terminal 4 to access the confidential information. |
