The present invention relates to advertisement provision and, more particularly, to a personalized advertisement providing system, a user terminal forming the system, an advertisement providing device, and an advertisement providing method. The advertisement providing system according to the present invention comprises a user terminal requesting a call connection to a business supporting device through inputting of a phone number of the business supporting device; the business supporting device, as a target of the call connection corresponding to the phone number, providing previously made business advertisement information for an advertisement providing device; a user information supporting device recording network usage history of the user terminal; and the advertisement providing device collecting user information recorded in the user information supporting device when the user terminal requests a call connection, compares the user information with business description information corresponding to the business advertisement information, selects business advertisement information corresponding to the user information, and provides the selected business advertisement information for the user terminal. |
