PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport carriage which is improved in curve followability during unmanned traveling, and improved in straight advancement performance and steering performance during manned traveling.SOLUTION: A transport carriage includes: a vehicle body; a drive wheel part 20 disposed in the vehicle body; and a free-rolling wheel. The drive wheel part 20 includes: a drive wheel 21 which is rotatable about a wheel rotary shaft 21A; a slewing part 22 which turnably arranges the drive wheel 21 with respect to the vehicle body; and a slewing stop part 23 which is capable of fixing the slewing part 22 by stopping the slewing thereof. During unmanned traveling, the drive wheel 21 is made turnable in order to improve curve followability, and during manned traveling, the drive wheel 21 is fixed in order to improve straight advancement performance. |
