A vacuum evaporator of organic dyes which consists of a crucible made of heat-resistant, inert to organic dyes material with integrated temperature sensor, a resistive heater and a mechanical activator with an electromechanical actuator. Functions of the resistive heater and a light source are combined in a single structural element in the form of a multiturn coil. The evaporator contains in its structure a heat shield, which agrees the heat efficiency and light intensity of the resistive heater. The light source emits in the spectral range 400-2500 nm with light intensity in range 10-50 kd. |
