摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioluminescence reaction buffer for realizing a highly sensitive bioassay which can dispense with a cytolysis step that is indispensable in a conventional bioassay using bioluminescence, and directly measure luminescence by processing ligand stimulation.SOLUTION: A method analyzes combination of a cytolysis solution which is normally used for a cytolysis process and a reaction solution which is normally used for luminescence measurement, and uses a bioluminescence reaction buffer which includes a Tris-buffer and an HBSS (Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution) buffer as basic buffers, and also includes NP-40 (Nonidet P-40) and TW80 (Tween80) as surface active agents. Thus, the method realizes bioluminescence bioassay which can dispense with a cytolysis process and directly measure luminescence by processing ligand stimulation. Further, the method enhances the sensitivity of bioassay by adding macromolecules such as PEG (polyethylene glycol), metal ions, sugar components and halogen ions, etc..
