PURPOSE: A transflective liquid crystal display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to not need configure a cell gap of a pixel region in dual cell gap to simplify the process. CONSTITUTION: A gate wire(120) and a gate electrode(125) is configured in one direction on a substrate, and a storage wire(150) is displaced from and parallel to the gate wire. A gate insulating film covers the gate wire and electrode and the storage wire. A thin film transistor is placed at the intersection of the data wire and the gate wire that defines the pixel region. A protection film is embossed to cover the tin film transistor, and an interlayer insulating film covers the upper portion of the transflective plate(180). |
