PURPOSE: A production apparatus for functional distilled water is provided to produce the functional distilled water with the transferred electric field to users. CONSTITUTION: A production apparatus for functional distilled water comprises the following: an ultrasonic wave processing unit (100) which processes water in which tourmaline particles are diluted using ultrasonic waves; an electric field transfer unit (200) which transfers the electric field generated on the tourmaline particles by heating the tourmaline particles to the water, and is formed of a heating box filled with tourmaline powder and a pipe flowing the water processed with ultrasonic waves and penetrating the heating box; a vacuum heating unit (300) heating the water in a vacuum condition; and a high pressure distillation unit (400) distilling the heated water.
